Julius Villaneuva
After graduating high school,, Julius started to pick up barbering by cutting his own hair in order to look professional for job interviews. While doing so, he had realized and developed a interest in cosmetology.
As he became more experienced he was recognized for his talented work and now is highly reputable amongst Studio 6ix.
Josh Bannag
With only minimal training, Josh came to Studio 6ix eager and willing to learn every aspect to the hair industry. Over the past few years, Josh has shown immense amount of dedication and passion for his craft. From working 2 jobs and having only 3-10 clients a week, to having busy weeks and still being able to have "BANGIN" results. When you sit in his chair there is no doubt that you will be leaving with a smile on your face.
Our Braiders
Cindy Mendez
Cindy started off in the hair industry as a receptionist in 2014. With very little knowledge of the cosmetology industry, she was still willing pursue more than just reception work and took on the role as an assistant. She spent her free time shadowing her coworkers and decided she would teach herself a new skill which developed a passion for braiding and began to build her own clientele. Now, she is the owner of Studio6ix, and is beginning a new chapter at Studio 6ix with the help of her incredible staff.
Vanessa Villanueva
Vanessa started working at Studio 6ix as an apprentice. Recommended by her cousin, she would practice her braiding talent and gain more knowledge in the hair industry. While attending school she has built a passion for her craft and is given guidance by her mentor Cindy. She is a very quick learner and is progressing to become a professional hairstylist.
